Parking

We encourage patients and visitors to use our valet parking service. It’s convenient and usually less expensive than self-parking.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available in front of the University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children's Hospital main entrance and the Duchossois Center for Advanced Medicine (DCAM). Please ask clinic staff about discounted parking rates for patients and visitors.

Self-Parking

If you choose to self-park, please add at least 30 minutes to your travel time to allow for traffic in the garage. Valet is the recommended parking option.

Directions: From 59th Street, proceed to Maryland Avenue and turn north. The garage entrance is located on the left side of the street. Hourly rates apply. For discounted rates, please ask clinic staff for a parking validation sticker.

Pay Station Locations

The University of Chicago Medicine uses an automated payment system. Visitors can find pay stations in the following locations:

• On the first floor of the east elevator bank near the Parking Office
• Near the elevators on the Mitchell access bridge
• On the first floor of the north elevator bank
• Near the elevators on the DCAM access bridge

Please make sure to pay your parking ticket before returning to your car. There are no cashiers at the garage exit.
