Q. Can you mail me my child's prescription?
A. We can mail a prescription to you. This will take about four to five days, so please make sure you call us at least four to five days before you run out. These medications cannot be filled in less than 30 days of your last prescription. We will need to know the date of your last prescription along with the previously mentioned information.

Q. How do I know if my child's prescription is correct?
A. Our office will check each prescription and the patient’s record to make sure the prescription is correct. Because the office can be very busy, we need at least 48 hours to fill most prescriptions.

Q. Can you refill my child's prescription if it has been more than a year since his or her last appointment?
A. No, it is essential that patients be seen AT LEAST once a year for us to renew prescriptions. In many cases, patients need to be seen more frequently. If your child has not been to our office in more than a year, we may only give you a limited number of prescriptions until your child can be re-evaluated by a physician.
