Our Team

Each patient receives the expert attention of:

• A faculty pediatric hematologist/oncologist from the University of Chicago Department of Pediatrics
• A dedicated, advanced practice nurse
• A pediatric social worker

In addition, each child has access to a dedicated child life specialist who provides emotional support and education for children and their families at the bedside, in the clinic, and in our well-equipped and staffed playroom.
