Linda Walsh, NPClinical Director, Adoption CenterDirector, Clinical Operations and OutreachLinda Walsh is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in pediatric infectious diseases. Her clinical practice and research focus on pediatric and adolescent HIV infection, chronic disease, and family coping in the pediatric population. Linda is the Director of the Pediatric and Adolescent HIV Care Team. She has extensive knowledge about HIV prevention and providing comprehensive sexual education services in grade school and high school settings. In 2009, Linda accepted an invitation to join community group representatives from around the country in a national HIV strategy discussion at the White House. Designated as an expert in the care of girls and women, she returned to the White House in 2011 to help discuss the implementation of the operational strategy for the Office of National AIDS Policy.
