11th Annual Comer Kids' Classic

Get your running shoes ready. It's time to start training for the
11th annual Comer Kids' Classic 5K Run, Walk and Kids' Dash!

The University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children's Hospital is built upon a rich tradition of excellence in pediatric care, deeply impacting the patients and families we serve. The hospital serves families as close as Hyde Park and as far away as China. Your participation or sponsorship will enable us to continue to provide the best possible care for all of our small patients.

Join us in making a difference in the lives of children who receive care at the forefront of medicine at Comer Children's Hospital. Contributions from the Comer Kids’ Classic fund research by some of the most talented physicians in the country, allowing us to provide the best possible care for our youngest patients. Last year, more than 1,200 participants helped raise more than $210,000 to help fund the research efforts of University of Chicago medical students and research fellows, whose discoveries could lead to breakthroughs in pediatric care around the world.

The Comer Kids’ Classic is a USATF-certified, chip-timed race in beautiful Hyde Park. Participants can also walk the 5K course and there is a kid’s dash for participants 10 years of age and under.
