Physician Directory for Mobile Devices: We’re pleased to offer a medical staff directory designed for smart phones. Specifically created for physician use, the directory allows searches based on our physicians’ names or area of clinical interest. For each of our specialists, contact information and practice locations are listed. The site includes basic referral instructions, is updated frequently, and is fully supported on iPhone, Blackberry, and Android devices.

University of Chicago Aeromedical Network (UCAN): UCAN is the air medical service of the hospital. UCAN provides helicopter transport of critically ill or injured neonatal, and pediatric patients from the scene of an emergency or during interhospital transfer to Comer Children's Hospital. For flight requests, call 1-800-621-7827.
Physician Relations Team: The Physician Relations team works to build meaningful relationships with referring physicians by understanding physicians' needs and addressing concerns. We also expedite access to University of Chicago Medicine and Comer Children's Hospital specialists and services by acting as a collaborative bridge between you and your office staff, and our multidisciplinary physician teams.

Continuing Medical Education: At the University of Chicago, our physicians are excited about sharing the latest clinical and research findings with you through continuing medical education (CME).
Throughout the year, our physicians conduct CME courses conveniently scheduled at hotels along the "Magnificent Mile" in Chicago, in surrounding suburbs, at the University of Chicago medical campus, and at resort locations. Child Life Internships: The University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children's Hospital offers internships to graduate students working toward a master's in child life, child development, art therapy, or related fields.
