Admissions, Referrals, and Consultations

There are several ways to identify and contact an appropriate specialist at the University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital for a patient referral or consultation. Choose the approach that works best for you:

Physicians' Access Services (PAS)

Physicians' Access Services: For basic referrals, call 1-800-UCH-2282 for a direct link to University of Chicago specialists. PAS is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They will assist you by connecting you with the appropriate expert for your needs.
