Larry Gray, MD, is a board-certified behavioral and developmental pediatrician. Dr. Gray's clinical practice and research focuses on the behavioral and developmental issues of infants and young children, with a special emphasis on infant stress and self-regulation. He sees patients in the Comer Center for Children and Specialty Care. He also coordinates the University of Chicago's pediatric residency rotation in international health.

Dr. Gray is the medical director of the Fussy Baby Network and the Center for Children and Families at the Erikson Institute.

Dr. Gray also serves as program director for the Health Volunteers Overseas pediatric program at St. Jude Hospital in St. Lucia, West Indies.
